We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee to ensure peace of mind. This period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

✔ The sneakers must be unused and unworn
✔ They must be in the same condition as received
✔ They must be returned in their original packaging

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the returned item.

Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

To maintain fairness, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

❌ Items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of wear and tear unrelated to UniqueShoes Hub’s error.
❌ Products that are custom-made or personalized (unless defective).
❌ Sneakers with removed or defaced labels.

Fees & Charges

  • Return Shipping Fee: $15 USD (customer’s responsibility).
  • Restocking Fee: $5 USD (applied to all returns).

Return Process

  2. Follow the return instructions provided.
  3. Pack the item securely along with a printed copy of your order confirmation and the return label.
  4. Ship the package using your preferred courier.

Our support team will provide the necessary return label upon approval.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please email [email protected], and we’ll provide a return label and shipping instructions.

Refunds
